Parents should use parent accounts, and students should use their accounts. Student accounts are automatically created, please see below for student instructions.
First time users, at the log-in site, click on the “Help” key in the corner. Then click the option that applies. You will need to input the activation key supplied to you from your child’s school. If you have misplaced your code, please contact Allison Parsons, 310-798-8690, ext. 2001 or email@example.com to have one generated for you with instructions. You will create your own username and password.
If you receive a message that says your Activation Key has already been used, that means that your account was already created by you in the past, and you will need to have the username looked up, and need to create a new password. Passwords are not able to be retrieved anymore. For security reasons, the passwords need to be a word or phrase with at least one letter capitalized, and if it is only one word, then you need to add a few numbers.

The Username will be your child’s student ID number which is printed on the top of his/her schedule or Student ID card.
The Password will be your child’s initials and birthdate, example: John Doe born January 1, 2001: jd010101 (please note lower case letters and no spaces)
